    Well, they didn’t punch Dan Paladin, who makes money with his games. So I imagine the reason they punched that other guy was because his primary goal was to make “a lot of money” – making the game for that reason. Whereas you can make money from a game without it dominating the reason you are making the game.

    I’m surprised the satirical humor is lost on so many people! I took it to be a very tongue-in-cheek sketch that makes fun of the constant quibbling among the indie community regarding ‘what is indie’ and the exclusion of people who aren’t in our little clique because they’re not ‘indie’ enough.

    They’re making fun of us, in a loving sort of way :)
