GINORMO SWORD

Ginormo

Or: “A man and his phallic symbol embark on a fantasy adventure.”

GINORMO SWORD (full title: “Long and Thick My Ginormo”) is a new Flash game from Barbarageo, creators of the fairly mediocre but similarly awesome-sounding UCHUFORCE 2 (Gesundheit!). It’s a simple hack n’ slash fantasy game – your character follows the mouse cursor and you can attack by clicking the left mouse button. The aim of each area is to uncover the various hidden battle zones, defeat the monsters within, and eventually defeat the boss of the area, allowing you to move on.

Along the way you’ll encounter helpful townspeople and mages who will let you upgrade your sword and learn magicks. One such character is the blacksmith, who, along with leveling your weapon, will let you increase the “length” and “thickness” of your sword. As far as I can tell, these size increases are mostly cosmetic, but then again, isn’t just having a longer and thicker “sword” enough?

It’s actually a pretty entertaining game, though. Fun graphics, too. Just be prepared to slam your left-mouse button a few thousand times to get through.

  2. popopopop said about 1 hour later:

Did you buy your red katana for 250 gold? You have to explore all around the map for stuff.

This game is really above average for a guy who just wants to hack-and-slash and gain abilities.

Excellent! I was just looking for a good, new game to play tonight. Very fun stuff.

Man, as many issues as I have with this game, it is crazy fun.

    Good stuff.

  11. Pfizer said about 4 hours later:

The performance enhancement upgrades aren’t just for looks. A longer piece of equipment makes it much easier to pierce some enemies without getting hurt. The benefits of thickness aren’t as clear. It does give you a bit more vertical range so you can go under some attacks but still get your own blows in.

I’m currently stuck on the fire daemon (7th boss? Not sure.)

I concur with Dusty Spur. This game is ugly and buggy, but strangely addictive.

  12. MisterX said about 4 hours later:

The addictiveness of this game can only be a proof for the simple-mindedness of us all, really.

Well, got to the friggin’ witch boss (level 8) so far. There’s no way I’ll be able to beat her! It appears as though I’m lost without some proper armour and I’m definitely not going to grind for money so I can afford that. Anyway, quite astonishing how little a game needs to offer in order to be fun. Not that I’d want more games to be like this, god no!

  13. Quetz said about 4 hours later:

As a hint for the witch boss MisterX, she seems to cycle through each of her three spells before casting any one of them again. If you’re having trouble with the lightning like I was, she’ll use it after using her other two spells, so you can be ready for it.

  14. MisterX said about 4 hours later:

That sounds like a plan, thanks!

But really, it feels quite brain-mashing to play this game for a long time. I don’t know if I want to pick it up again. Sadly though, I know I will sigh

  15. John said about 5 hours later:

She doesn’t cycle through them all. The witch is a bitch.

Anyone know what all the people dancing int he room or the hut on the previous screen are for/

  16. Pfizer said about 5 hours later:

My way of dealing with witch-lightning: I kept her at a distance (not practical if you aren’t properly endowed) and stayed below her so my sword just clipped her feet. I sometimes got hit by it, but most of the time it missed me.

I did farm the cyclops for a while before I was able to beat her, though. He’s not too bad once you get a few vitality upgrades and he gives 20-30k per kill.

I’m not sure what level strength/vitality I had, but I had the item that increases attack length, the circler spell, a buckler and a level 20-30 sword.

Currently stuck on the boss after the witch. Have a level 40 sword with +6 water, 8 vit/str and scale mail and I still either die or accidentally leave the battle while dodging.

  17. Poop said about 5 hours later:

If you keep entering the same areas rare enemies will show up. These guys will take forever to kill but will give you tons of cash. I kept doing it in the 6th area at the “dry lake” place. Golden Pharaohs will show up and drop about 150-300K. They take forever to kill but worth it.

  18. Poop said about 5 hours later:

Oh and it may be coincidence or something, but it seems the more money i have on me, the more money i get from these pharaohs.

  19. Adam Atomic said about 6 hours later:

From what I’ve seen, it makes you attack faster. Since you can reset your bonus points with no penalty, give it a try. This is useful for bosses that you can get up close to, but not bosses like the witch which is giving everyone trouble.

  21. Pyabo said about 7 hours later:

    Ow. My click finger hurts.

  22. ssfsx17 said about 7 hours later:

I’d rather have arrow keys for movement and Z for attacking. I cleared stage 4, but I decided not to make my fingers and wrists any more screwed up than they already are.

  23. John said about 7 hours later:

Figured out the trick to eefreet, go kill poisidon (he’s a boss at 7) and he drops saphires. Use 10 or so on a weapon and you’ve got yourself an eefreet killer.

Now the next guys are a total bitch.

  24. Cube said about 7 hours later:

Anyone know what these gems are for? I have an onix, emerald, and a diamond.

  25. Cube said about 8 hours later:

    Nevermind, figured it out :D

  26. Zaratus said about 8 hours later:

Ugh, at the lizard assassin. Wish there was an easy way to tell what bosses are weak against, than having to build up different swords and see which one hurts more.

And damn, armor is expensive. Again, knowing what something was weak against though, would probably also let you know how to buff your armor up to make it stronger against it, so you don’t die in one hit.

  27. Zaratus said about 8 hours later:

Wow, I beat the lizard guy.

I stuck to the left side of the screen, got my weapon long and a little wide, and just dodged up and down and let him come to me mostly. Barely beat him, but I did it! =D

  28. Jeff Lindsay said about 9 hours later:

Anybody else think of Time Bandits from that screenshot? “Return the map!”

  29. Poop said about 10 hours later:

I made it to the final boss… i dont think i wanna even try to level up to beat him. my weapon doesnt even scratch him. Fighting death was pain enough already.

  30. Zaratus said about 10 hours later:

    Yikes.

Made it past the necromancer (pretty easy if you bring decent magic, the guy from the desert, upgrade your Int a bit, and make sure you bring the Coin wtih you, as he uses ‘fear’ magic on you.) He doesn’t really have any damaging attacks. Summons minions (some are weapon-immune, hence the beefing up of the int) and trys to fear you to make you run away.

The tree boss was rough… Yay for random attack patterns that can be completely unfair at times. I had it blast me with three lighting bolts, spit lightning at me, and drop exploding apples on me all at once. And the new ‘pet’ on that screen’s healing powers are quite useful there. It’s quite a long fight. I’m assuming it is weak against ‘Wind’ as that’s the opposite color of the yellow lightning, but I can’t say for sure, and I don’t know how to best get green crystals. But, it was a LONG fight, and relied on the ‘pet’ healing you and not killing itself by insisting on walking IN the tree.

Now I’m at the Ice Queen boss, after barely beating the regular monsters in the next area. Yikes. Just Yikes. Looks like it’s time to beef up on fire gems and water resistance. And I’m done for the night, I already stayed up way too late playing around with this game.

    Big Pixels FTW!

  33. Pfizer said about 15 hours later:

popopop: I tried max width with my 280 level sword, didn’t notice any change in attack speed (it’s pretty much instant either way for me). I use the longer attack duration item so it’s not that big of an issue any way.

It was kind of neat having a vertical sword. I could hit things a quarter of a screen above or below me. My normal config has it just longer than the screen and a bit thicker than the main character.

Made it to the boss in the top left. Final I assume. My wrist is barely holding up to the strain, though.

I commented that the game was ugly before, but I have to admit he made some great pixel dragons. I think it’s mainly the player character I don’t like.

  34. MisterX said about 15 hours later:

I’ve only beaten the sorceress now, but I had the same idea when seeing those wyverns: They were the first characters which actually looked good :D

I also got to admit without shame, that I cheated! It just occured to me how much more comfortable it is to use one my keyboard’s macro keys for the mouseclicking. I just press the key once and it goes on clicking as fast as possible until I stop it, yay! But after all the pitiful cyclops-grinding that was necessary so I could finally beat the sorceress, I guess I really got enough. Phew.

This really got to be the worst most addictive game I know :)

  39. raelz said about 18 hours later:

  40. Ichi said about 19 hours later:

Yeah.. the game is surprisingly fun, but having to slowly chip away enemy health for minutes at a time worn me down really fast.

Beating the temple of the moon gets you the final sword, it’s a squiggly line that starts off pretty large. Unless you can figure out a way to beat it without getting carpel tunnel don’t bother.

Any clues on how to back up a save for such a time intensive flash game?

  45. raelz said about 21 hours later:

    Ok, it’s water, at least +1 :)

  46. Gurrah said about 22 hours later:

  47. blackrabbit said about 23 hours later:

Any recommendations for which blade to use, claymore, scimitar, or Wieberschnitzel (can’t remember actual name, that’s what I’m wielding now), before I spend the dough and start upgrading like mad? I take it that it’s length, side-to-side, and width, respectively.

  48. Krux said about 23 hours later:

the game doesn’t work, i only see “click to play” and after i clicked, i am on the main page of this japanese guy, i can’t read anything there.

  49. raelz said about 23 hours later:

Krux - set the page in english in the top right corner and then find the game on the page and you can play it. It works only under ie though, maybe some other versions (tried opera and ff 3 rc1, didn’t work there)

  50. Nillo said about 24 hours later:

The game worked perfectly for me and I’m using Firefox 2.0.0.14.

Also, this is epic stuff. I’m at the penultimate screen of the map and fighting some invisibles to gain gold. It’s really grindy, but at the same time strangely addictive. It took me half of today to get to where I am now, and I think I’ll need a lot more gold to defeat the remaining bosses.

  51. Cube said 1 day later:

“Please, oh PLEASE add a mute button, whoever you are. Why can’t Macromedia/Adobe add a mute option to the Flash plugin menu?!”

You can use the left and right arrows to change the volume. undocumented features FTW?

  52. popopopop said 1 day later:

I found it easy farming gold if you face early bosses over and over. Looks like enchantments are really important later on.

  53. Zaratus said 1 day later:

There’s already volume controls. Try the left and right arrows.

  54. Zaratus said 1 day later:

Err, that’s what I get for typing my comment and not posting it for an hour later. =P

Anyway, it’t not undocumented. If you click below the game where it says “How to Play” it tells you the volume controls.

Stuck at Death now. I’m assuming he’s weak against “light” so I’m trying to farm some diamonds. And ‘Onix’ (sic) to increase dark resist.

  55. Dusty Spur said 1 day later:

  58. John said 1 day later:

Stuck at death also. Any suggestions for where to get diamonds? I only had one :P

My doppleganger took 20 minutes to kill. Just stood under him and clicked.

    Worst. Fight. Ever.

  59. Exeloume said 1 day later:

    @John

Diamonds drop mainly off the Snowqueen Boss in the 13th Area.

Also Doppelganger wears what you wear (except opposite attributes). So if you wear your worst armor it’s a lot easier. Still takes 5 minutes though.

  60. Cheater said 1 day later:

    @Dusty Spur

    Kill it with fire.

    @John

You can also get them from the Harpy Princesses in the… second area. Semi-rare.

I’m now stuck on Yggdrasil. I thought I had gotten over lighting.

  61. srickshaw said 1 day later:

For some reason, this doesn’t want to run in either IE7 or Firefox 2.0.0.14 - any help?

  62. Cheater said 1 day later:

    Try this link: http://babarageo.com/flash/ginormo/ginormo.swf

It will work eventually, just go back and click again.

  63. John said 1 day later:

Does light damage actually help on death? I swear i’m doing less now.

  64. Exoduster said 1 day later:

@Krux and any one else getting sent to the home page:

Instead of clicking “Click to Start”, click the game’s logo. Tada.

  65. Exoduster said 1 day later:

Actually, I take that back. Click in the area between the logo and “Click to Start”. You should see the regular pointer instead of the hand.

  66. Pfizer said 1 day later:

    Have a level 300 energy sword and I can still barely touch the final boss. I’m just about to quit and consider it “beat”. (;

  67. Radix said 1 day later:

    flippy floppy werewolf penis

  68. Cube said 1 day later:

    Holy crap.

There’s a secret area in the 8th map…it’s between the center, where you start, and the boss. It’s got random enemies from anywhere in the first 4 maps. they’re easy to kill, but do a lot of damage and give a lot of money, 200-3000 for a normal enemy.

But I just killed a Neko Slime Platinum, and got 6,000,000 gold. Read it. Six MILLION. Hell yes.

  69. Kongming said 1 day later:

Ehh… I killed a Seraph on one of the later levels and got something like 20,000,000. There are probably even better rewards.

  70. someguy said 1 day later:

Yeah, it’s relative to the area. I killed a rare Arthur skeleton in the second snow area for 100,000,000.

Does anyone know how to get the chaser spell? I saw it for sale once but didn’t have enough money. Now I don’t know how to get it to reappear.

  71. Radix said 1 day later:

Chaser appears sometimes for 100,000,000 gold at Vpxcm City (where the dancing people are) in the ninth area. I assume you just need to enter and exit until it comes back.

  72. Radix said 1 day later:

    Oops. Eighth area.

  73. someguy said 1 day later:

Thanks, got the Chaser spell now.

Basically I’m on the last boss. But I barely scratch him.

Took out the doppleganger, took ages!

Tried the abyss worm but can’t seem to scratch him either.

  74. Lecarl said 1 day later:

Wow. Those Arthur skeletons are nice. I killed one for 50,000,000.

  75. Joola said 1 day later:

I just noticed you were talking about ending the gme when i was farming meat, sorry, gold in the 5th area for the gauntlets. So I quit and played GGC instead. That’s my gaming life.

  76. L4rgo said 1 day later:

what jewels do i need to make my armor fireproof? where do i find them?

  77. Radix said 1 day later:

I think I’m done grinding. Time to cheat.

  78. John said 1 day later:

    @Cube

Can we get a screenshot of where it is? There’s supposed to be two hidden areas in the snow places, but god knows I can’t find them.

  79. Pat said 1 day later:

Where are the arthur skeletons? Which boss screen?

  80. someguy said 1 day later:

A good way to farm diamonds (that is much easier than farming the ice queen) is the forest to the left of the 3rd screen. semi-rare Slimes and Harpies often drop them, and as a bonus orcs sometimes drop other gems too. With a lv. 200 sword I can often clear the whole screen in a single hit!

  81. Lecarl said 1 day later:

@Pat The arthur skeletons are just blue skeletons. You should be able to find them on any screen that you can get skeletons on. They are just very rare.

Also, has anyone ran into an enemy called Colossus. It’s shaped like a golem but painted just like Iron Man. It seems to be very rare but I encountered it on the 12th area I believe. It’s by far the most powerful thing I’ve encountered so far unless it was just weak to some specific thing that I didn’t have enchanted. Unfortunately I didn’t get to kill and see how much gold it gives. I underestimated the time it would take to kill him. I clicked for 20 minutes while watching tv but then I had to leave because of the time. He was only 3/4 of the way dead.

  82. Pat said 1 day later:

Any tips for the boss? Like weapon moddery, and such?

  83. L4rgo said 1 day later:

    i just met a colossus :D

took me 15 minutes to kill

5.2 million gold + some jewels

  84. Ian said 2 days later:

You guys don’t even WANT to know what’s after the last boss. My advice: stop while you can.

  85. Neddo said 2 days later:

I don’t think stopping will be a problem, considering that last boss is completely impossible for anyone to beat, ever!

  86. Gaseous said 2 days later:

1.Farm poseidon for gems 2.Mod weapon1 with water until you can kill efreet in 2-3 hits. I got 61 gems. 3.Farm efreet for $$ and fire gems…A LOT 4.Mod all fire gems into weapon2 until satisfied. I got mine to 350, so I could kill the snow queen in about 30 seconds. depends on your grinding tolerance.

    1. Farm snow queen for diamonds…
    2. I dunno from here, i’m taking a break
  87. Lecarl said 2 days later:

I killed a Gold Knight in the second to last area. It gave me $300,000,000 and the Hyper Armor. Hyper Armor gives you 9999 resistance in three of the elements but -9999 in the others. Unfortunately dark is one of the elements with -9999.

  88. Uesugi said 2 days later:

This game is art. A hired mercenary named “Indigo=Roger”? Who looks like he’s straight out of a Colecovision cartridge? My hat is off to Barbarageo.

Trying to beat the Witch boss now. I think I’m going to break my laptops’s mouse button. Or a hand tendon.

  89. blackrabbit said 2 days later:

Farming tip: Hit areas with adventurers–y’know, knights, mages, thieves, and those damned ninjas. Their gold drops blow, but every so often they drop stat boosting apples. Got a Str apple off a ranger and an Int off a mage.

  90. someguy said 2 days later:

Got my luck up to 150, semi-rares appear almost every time now, and normal enemies drop jewels too.

  91. grindFish said 2 days later:

Any ideas on making rare enemies less rare? I thought it would have been pumping up on luck, but strength at a certain level seemed to make certain areas more full of rares. Like i get heaps of pharoes now in the egypt level. But it might be coincidence, can never tell. Any one know what strength, luck and intelligence actually effect? This game needs a wiki….

  92. Radix said 2 days later:

    Apparently there’s a Japanese wiki.

  93. wooha said 2 days later:

can anyone give me the link to the wiki? I know japanese so I want to read it lol

  95. Radix said 2 days later:

The guy after the False God gets a lot easier if you just dial down the girth of your weapon. His attack is based on yours. I killed him fairly quickly using chaser magic, a little fire resistance, and Nin Nin.

  96. someguy said 2 days later:

I couldn’t find anything about what strength, luck and intelligence affect in detail. However it does mention something about increasing luck to make rare monsters appear more often.

I’ve been increasing my luck and strength equally though.

  97. someguy said 2 days later:

I may have understood it completely wrong though, my Japanese is only average.

  99. Ian said 3 days later:

  100. Radix said 3 days later:

  101. Radix said 3 days later:

Oh wow, I didn’t notice the new pet that gets unlocked.

  102. wooha said 3 days later:

anyone have the link to the wiki?

  103. Phasma Felis said 3 days later:

This really offers some perspective on the sort of people who stop eating or pooping to play WoW 24/7. I mean, here you have a game that is intentionally designed to look and sound like ass, has no plot and very little depth, and where combat literally consists of clicking the mouse as fast as you can for upwards of 10 minutes, but it still tickles the “kill/loot/level up” cycle in our brains enough to attract a host of enthusiastic players.

  104. Radix said 3 days later:

There’s also the element of sharing the experience with other players and talking about it a little as you go. If I’d found this game on my own, I doubt I’d have bothered playing at all since I have much better things to be doing. But people mentioning something or other that sounded interesting in this comments thread has brought be back in several times over a couple of days.

  105. grindFish said 3 days later:

    @ Phasma Felis
i totally get you there. I’d scoff at my friends addiction of wow, but i myself cant stop playing this piece of shit of a game. I’m traped in a vortex of mediocre repetitive tasks so im powerful enough to kill the golden knight in less that an hour of clicking :(

I must be insane. My mind is rotting. yet i want more. God damn you. If he stuck ads in this game and added it to facebook Barbarageo would be a fucking millionaire crack slanging tycoon. ARRRGH I NEED MORE DIAMONDS. I HATE THIS GAME I CANT STOP.

  106. CM said 3 days later:

The witch’s attacks don’t cycle, but she never uses the same attack two times in a row so I dunno, take advantage of that?

Does anyone know if there’s any difference between those three swords you can buy on the 5th level? They all seem the same.

  107. wooha said 3 days later:

ok so I beat the false god, I beat the watch dog, and I got him as a pet.

    Now what?

  108. wooha said 3 days later:

oh, so if you go back to the shrines you get new bosses. The shine of fate now has these gold bag bombs!!!

  109. WNF said 3 days later:

Helpful hint for those who’ve defeated the witch and want money: up the crap out of your intelligence, get circler, and farm Dark Cloud. You can kill him in 5 seconds flat and he pays out 15-30k. Not as much as the mutant cyclops but definitely faster. Until you up intelligence to at least 15, then you can whip his ass well good too. Also useful for farming Poseidon.

  110. e said 3 days later:

This sounds like a good entry for indiefaqs. It would be really useful to compile enemy weaknesses, farming tips, etc there.

Did anyone notice the mutant cyclops wears blue with yellow details and shoots a red laser out his eye. Remind you of anyone?

ok for the fairy boss in the shrine of endurance.

Her hp is linked to the 1st thing she attacks, so if you use indigo=rodger her hp will go down fast but then she wont die!

    arrrgh

  112. wooha said 3 days later:

sigh I cant get the game to work any more, it just sends me to the main page.

I might just have to give up

  113. wooha said 3 days later:

    back on track

Great Wall, the new boss in the shrine of might is hurt by your sword but healed by any magic.

So unequip your chaser and whack away. He only gives 100g and always respawns.

Barrgh…Can’t beat Yggdrasil…What element is it?

  115. Zaratus said 3 days later:

Bah, can’t beat the watchdog. Well, there’s three different dogs it seems, Hellhound, Cerberus, Orthros.

Is there something I’m missing? I was sick of the grinding, used a hex editor on the save file to give myself max gold, upgraded a LOT and still die way too fast. Guess I should upgrade more, but it’s still a lot of clicking to upgrade defense 1000 times. =/

And the pixie, just won’t die? I get her health down to zero, and she doesn’t die. Err, and are you supposed to do anything special with the cloning slimes? I touch them all, they all go poof, and nothing happens.

And how about the exploding treasure room? It seems there one bag out of those you can take, but it’s just a measly 100 gold.

  116. wooha said 3 days later:

@Zaratus reset your electricsword then just attack him with chaser. make sure to max your int

I think the the last few rooms are just for fun.

The multiple slime can be defeated by just running into them lol!

  117. Dusty Spur said 3 days later:

CoR: I believe I used Dark on Yggdrasil and did okay. I’m pretty sure you can recruit Nin Nin by then, make sure to do that. Also try to make your sword is wide enough where you can stick near the bottom of the screen, to allow more time to dodge the falling lightning bolts.

  118. JohnA said 3 days later:

So any tips for dracula? :D Or maybe a good hidden area to make money until I can farm enough to beat him

  119. JohnA said 3 days later:

and by dracula I mean death. >.>; my bad

  120. e said 4 days later:

To beat death, farm diamonds off the snow queen (she is weak to dark). Pump up a weapon with diamonds (lots) then kill the witch and farm onyx (?) and give your armour dark protection. Then you can pretty easily beat death with nin-nin.

Be careful if you need more diamonds, as you will have to switch your armour as the snow queen’s attacks are light based.

Beat it. At least, I beat the False God, Cerberus and Avatar (in space!).

Ended up using a script to farm the wastes all night while I slept. Woke up with 1.3 billion. That helped.

    Game doesn’t have a very satisfying ending. Avatar drops all kinds of money/gems and an item that makes all of the enemies MUCH stronger. I have an 1100 level energy sword. It’s so thick and long that it’s first little square segment takes up most of the screen. It barely scratched the FIRST BOSS. ;_;

It’d be neat if you could see how big it really is. I imagine it’s at least 100 screens long and a at least 3 or four thick.

  122. CoR said 4 days later:

Well I’m on Death now..Farming Diamonds off Valkeries ;o

  123. captain_duck said 4 days later:

Oh man after…. 8 hours i think and im at the end boss…. but i need a lot more diamonds to kill him :( . Farming is getting easier though, got a level 270 katana with 730 dark energy and can kill the snow queen in ~20 hits now.

But damn the heart attack, charm or whatever you call it is annoying. Is there something that makes you immune to that?

Also, where are those high cash enemies? Theres no way im gonna grind to get the chaser spell like this.

  124. wooha said 4 days later:

@Pfizer how do you get avatar? I still dont know how to beat fairy and the gold bags :(

  125. wooha said 4 days later:

Oh yeah your sword is only 1100? Im at 1500 right now im thinking 3000 should be good enough for the last boss!

  126. Dusty Spur said 4 days later:

Joy of infinite joy. I’m at the False God. fffffffffffff

  127. JohnA said 4 days later:

So I’m pretty much ready to quit this game, but after investing like 10+ hours into it already, I’m really tempted to cheat just to see the ending and not make my wasted time useless.

Anyone know where the flash save file is at? I need to do some hex’ing

  128. CoR said 4 days later:

Finally got chaser after farming that stupid snowfield map..

  129. Choque said 4 days later:

I really enjoy this game! did anyone else beat The Doppelganger? It drops a “energy sword”!!!

  130. Dusty Spur said 4 days later:

I am way too unmotivated to grind long enough to beat False God (I can barely scratch him and he kills me in 2-4 shots) so I am going to go ahead and second that request for the location of the flash save file to do some hexing.

  131. Zaratus said 4 days later:

Just do a system search for “ginormo” you should find the folder it’s in.

The value for gold isn’t in hex, exactly, so you have to figure out which one stands for gold the hard way. (Or I can just tell you)

For me, the folder on Vista is C:\users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player#SharedObjects\P64STC8S\babarageo.com\flash\ginormo\ginormo.swf\

I just threw some high values in there, and it turned my gold into scientific notation because the number was so huge. After picking up one bag of gold, it reset my gold to max gold (just about 10 TRILLION gold)

I’ll just include the entire offset line my hex editor gives: Offset 1352=0x548

It starts shortly after where it says armorgreen6 in the file, and it has ValA1 and some stuff, then ValB1.

    There should be a value of 00 after ValB1, then the values I have after that are 42 a2 2a 97 0e 42 06

That should give you my current gold, 9,987,066,110,211.

    If you play arou
