Okay, I have to admit that I’m a sucker for typing games of any sort. If you make it online and competitive, then I’m going to be hooked.

What I’m trying to say is… that I have the hots for Mavis Beacon.

    Neat, but way too easy to cheat. Took a few minutes to make an AutoHotkey script that would type whatever was in the clipboard. They need to display the target text in a flash applet or something so people can’t copy it so easily.

    It quite properly disqualified me for cheating when I (my script, rather) got 224 wpm, but most of the other people on the scoreboard had similar scores.

    I average 84 wpm, but there seems to be some way to cheat because this one dude is typing 193 wpm, and I can’t believe that is possible.

    According to a simple Google search, the world’s fastest typer only clocks in averages around 160wpm…so I would guess that anything above that is a blantant cheat.

    I can’t get over 43 WPM, and I averaged at 40. But when I was a kid, I never had Mario or Mavis Beacon to teach me typing, so I type using mostly only my index fingers, and I look at the keyboard a lot. How can I fix this?
