There’s a brand spankin’ new website for Crayon Physics Deluxe. You can now pre-order the IGF award-winning physics game through PayPal, for $14.95 ($5 off the full price). That will also get you into the beta, whenever it starts. Let’s cross our fingers and hope that Petri can get this game out in 2008! That would pretty much cap off what I feel is the best year for independent gaming yet. Wouldn’t it?

Vaevictus I was joking about the false advertising thing :P Ive played the first, it feels nice yes, but I still think using a screen tablet makes it look better still, which it probably is… but then probably 1 in 20 people own one :(

Given the way more and more people are getting into indie game development…I don’t think it’s going to slow down any time soon. So, from now on, EVERY year is going to be the best year for indie gaming yet.

Not so much false advertising, as the game will work like that with a screen-tablet. i.e. as shown.

Regardless, yeah… it looks/feels cool. Go try the original Crayon Physics if you doubt.

Hmmm he uses a screen-tablet to demonstrate the game but most people wont have them. FALSE ADVERTISING. Will it look/feel as cool playing it with a mouse or a regular drawing tablet?
