	&lt;p&gt;There&amp;#8217;s a pretty cool episode of &lt;span class="caps"&gt;NPR&lt;/span&gt;&amp;#8217;s &lt;i&gt;All Things Considered&lt;/i&gt; online now featuring games journalist and author Heather Chaplin discussing some of the notable &lt;small&gt;(and independent!)&lt;/small&gt; games of the last year&amp;#8212;namely Portal and &lt;a href="http://tigsource.com/articles/2007/10/11/everyday-shooter-released-on-psn" title="Everyday Shooter release story"&gt;Everyday Shooter.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#8217;s a good listen, and only about seven minutes long.  Really, it&amp;#8217;s worth tuning in to just to &lt;a href="http://tigsource.com/articles/tag/jonathanmak" title="TIGS articles on Jon Mak"&gt;Jon Mak&lt;/a&gt;&amp;#8217;s soothing baritone&amp;#8230;&lt;/p&gt;
