AGS Awards 2007

The results for the 2007 Adventure Game Studio Awards are out! The big winners this year are Nelly Cootalot: Spoonbeaks Ahoy! (5 awards), A Tale of Two Kingdoms (4 awards), and Yahtzee, who won 4 awards (2 for 6 Days a Sacrifice and 2 for The Art of Theft). The award show can also be experienced as an AGS game (direct download), which is pretty awesome.

Congrats to the winners :) I really enjoyed Nelly and Art of Theft.

I’m surprised Gesundheit didn’t win anything though!

I haven’t played a lot of the AGS games released this year but I played Nelly Cootalot and found it completely beguiling.

The Infinity String had terrific background art too, another deserving award perhaps.

The AGS version of the awards ceremony is painful to watch. congrats to everyone though
